Eligibility Requirements
At John Melvin Christian University, we seek dedicated students who are eager to grow both academically and spiritually. Our eligibility criteria ensure that every applicant is prepared for the rigors of a faith-based higher education.
Academic Standing
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher from an accredited secondary institution or previous university coursework.
Faith Alignment
A signed personal statement of faith and a commitment to JMCU’s core values and spiritual growth community.
Testing
Submission of ACT, SAT, or CLT scores (optional for students with over 24 transferable college credits).
References
One character reference from a mentor, teacher, or pastor who can speak to the applicant's ethical leadership potential.
Documentation
Official high school transcripts and any relevant college-level credits must be sent directly to the admissions office.
